I was a student in Dr. Chatterjee’s Information Technology and Strategy MBA class at the University of Georgia in 2017. He is truly a phenomenal professor and has a strong passion for discussing the role of technology in business and our lives. Every class was full of very interesting material, and Dr. Chatterjee always had relevant experiences to share with us. It’s important for professors in MBA programs to have current experiences from the field to share and draw connections between textbook topics and the real world. Dr. Chatterjee is very clearly active in the cybersecurity industry and shared many real-world examples with us. He did not only teach the basics of what is going on in the technology world today but also challenged us to think about the future. He showed a great deal of interest in students’ experiences with their own organizations and encouraged us to share with the class. Many students in my cohort speak positively about this class and Dr. Chatterjee. I have not talked with anyone who did not find it extremely interesting and impactful. I would jump at the chance to take another course taught by him!
