“I hope you are doing well and have enjoyed your summer. I cannot believe it is already time for classes to begin again or the fact that I will not be in classes anymore since graduation. I moved to New York two weeks ago for my new job at Protiviti, and I am currently at training sessions in Chicago. I wanted to reach out and thank you for your preparation. You have helped start my career in many ways, and I feel more comfortable in my business vocabulary and knowledge because of your teaching. We have spent so much of our time this week mimicking a real life project which has consisted of four different long process maps. Without your BPMN class, I would be so confused and lost. There are many people here that did not take a class in this, and I definitely feel as though I have an advantage because of how much I learned in your class. You can stress this to your new students this semester because they will not want to forget anything they learn in this class. I know you travel to lead discussions and give talks often. Are there any coming up that you are looking forward to?”

“I was a student in Dr. Chatterjee’s Information Technology and Strategy MBA class at University of Georgia in 2017. He is truly a phenomenal professor and has a strong passion for discussing the role of technology in business and our lives. Every class was full of very interesting material, and Dr. Chatterjee always had relevant experiences to share with us. It’s important for professors in MBA programs to have current experiences from the field to share and draw connections between textbook topics and the real world. Dr. Chatterjee is very clearly active in the cyber security industry and shared many real-world examples with us. He did not only teach the basics of what is going on in the technology world today but also challenged us to think about the future. He showed a great deal of interest in students’ experiences with their own organizations and encouraged us to share with the class. Many students in my cohort speak positively of this class and Dr. Chatterjee. I have not talked with anyone who did not find it extremely interesting and impactful. I would jump at the chance to take another course taught by him!”

“I had the pleasure of having Dr. Chatterjee as a professor at the University of Georgia MBA Program. Dr. Chatterjee has a true passion for teaching that extends beyond the classroom. He clearly articulates and conveys the subject matter and consistently challenges others to apply the information to real world applications. His introspective approach, combined with his passion for continual improvement, is an inspiration to those he encounters. Dr. Chatterjee earns my highest recommendation.”

“I hope you are doing well. In case you forgot, my name is Phillip Nguyen and I was in your BPM class 2 semesters ago (Fall 2017). I wanted to reach out and thank you for providing me a great foundation in BPM because it became very useful during my internship this past summer. I had the opportunity to intern with Deloitte in their Cyber Risk practice. I used BPM to help improve processes in a large-scale security implementation and my team was very impressed! The process improvement project with Zaxby’s that we completed that semester really enhanced my learning of BPM and provided me with great hands-on experience. I’m happy to say I’ll be joining Deloitte full-time as a Cyber Risk Consultant in Fall 2019 after graduating in May. Thank you once again and I hope you’re having a great start to your semester. Don’t forget to stress to your students how important and fundamental your class is.”
