I hope you are doing well and have enjoyed your summer. I cannot believe it is already time for classes to begin again or the fact that I will not be in classes anymore since graduation. I moved to New York two weeks ago for my new job at Protiviti, and I am currently at training sessions in Chicago. I wanted to reach out and thank you for your preparation. You have helped start my career in many ways, and I feel more comfortable in my business vocabulary and knowledge because of your teaching. We have spent so much of our time this week mimicking a real-life project which has consisted of four different long process maps. Without your BPMN class, I would be so confused and lost. There are many people here that did not take a class in this, and I definitely feel as though I have an advantage because of how much I learned in your class. You can stress this to your new students this semester because they will not want to forget anything they learn in this class. I know you travel to lead discussions and give talks often. Are there any coming up that you are looking forward to?
