  • As part of this university-wide leadership team, I have studied and authored multiple academic program and unit performance review reports. The reports covered every aspect of a unit’s operation and performance – from mission and goal alignment to governance structure, FTE distribution rationale, productivity assessment metrics, research productivity, teaching effectiveness, mentoring mechanisms, success and viability of the different degree and non-degree programs offered, and physical and technological infrastructure.

  • I was elected Chairman of this prestigious committee in September 2016.

  • I guided the academic program review policy and procedural changes through several committees and sub-committes before it was passed by the University Council in November 2016. Through these changes, the review process will be more focused and faculty time commitment will be minimized.
