Hello Professor Chatterjee,
I took your Business Process Management course in June and now that life has slightly settled down for me, I wanted to reach out and thank you for making the course a great experience despite its unusual nature.
I found the course to be particularly interesting and I am happy to report that during my cybersecurity internship with PwC in July, I was able to witness some of the concepts we learned in action (specifically SCRUM and agile).
